Come and join the activities of the International Week!
This is a fun week for international and Dutch students to get together with fellow students from all over the world!
The International Week is about to begin and to stay up-to-date check our Facebook pages; they will contain the latest information.
The International Week is organized by five student associations in Groningen: A.S.K.V. Albertus Magnus, Association des Etats Généraux des Etudiants de l'Europe (AEGEE), Erasmus Student Network (ESN), Student Association for International Relations (SIB) and ASV Dizkartes. The goals of the International Week are: stimulating international and Dutch students, especially from the University of Groningen and the Hanze University, to get to know each others' cultures; make students acquainted with the cultural diversity Groningen has to offer; and promote the integration of students with different cultural backgrounds.

21 March - Monday
Opening! – Interactive Workshop
The Interactive Workshop will start at 7.30 PM at the SIB/NSG Building, Hereweg 1. The workshop will start with a discussion with students of the Association for Latin American Students. The activity will end with a salsa workshop given by a professional salsa teacher.
Opening party @ Great Piano’s
Kicking off the week with this truly international party@ Great Piano’s, Oosterstraat 33! Just be there! Starting at 10 PM
22 March - Tuesday
Movie
The movie "Away we go" will be shown! This activity will cost only €2,50 and for Vera members only €1,50. Be on time, there will be no presale! @Vera, Oosterstraat 44, 8.30 PM.
Live Music Band Night
After the movie, there will be a Live Music Band Night at 11 PM @ Het Pakhuis, Peperstraat 8-2. The Albertus Jazz band ‘Jack Jazz & the CSB’ will kick-off the evening. The band ‘Mr. Wallace’ will follow with their great energetic music! There also will be Pakhuis’ own DJ Hans! Just be There!
23 March - Wednesday
Borrel
After two days, this is the moment of having a quite talk together! @ Albertus, Brugstraat 8 at 5 PM.
YearClub - Committee Mix
This event is called a "YearClub-Committee Mix" where you can join a YearClub from one of the fraternities of Albertus or Dizkartes or a committee from SIB or AEGEE for a dinner at their homes! Gathering @ Albertus, Brugstraat 8 at 6.30 PM! Sign up for a free dinner or have one or two of your friends join you so you can experience a YearClub or Committee together.

Party @ Albertus!
After the dinner Albertus' own DJ's will spin the records and let your body rock! Starting at 11 PM @ Albertus , Brugstraat 8!

Pubquiz
There will be a nice PubQuiz today @ fraternity Dizkartes, Peperstraat 21! Starting 8.30 PM. Sign up in groups of 5 people by sending an email to pqc@esn-groningen.nl. There are great Prices to win!
Theme Party - FairyTales, Lets Party Happily after!
To end this Great week there will be a Legends & FairyTales Party! Just to have a lot of fun! But be creative because the party animal with most original theme clothes will win Cool Prices @ Dizkartes, Peperstraat 21, 11PM.
